2. Acceptance of the Order
While we make every attempt to accept and deliver all orders to the satisfaction of our customers, there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and deliver. For various reasons beyond our control, Deccan Air Coolers maintains the right to refuse or cancel any order. Limitations on available stock quantities, fraudulent orders by criminals, or any other unwarranted scenario could be the reasons.
If we are unable to accept your order in part or in its entirety, we will contact you and give you the necessary information. We will send a credit note for the amount of the charge if your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged.
3. Various Payment Options
We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly to you when using any of the online payment alternatives provided by us for the following reasons:
- – For each transaction, there is a lack of authority.
- – If you go over the limit that you and your banker have agreed on.
- – If there is a payment difficulty with the transaction.
- – In the event that the transaction fails for any reason.
4. Delivery and Shipping Fees
All purchases made on www.deccanaircoolers.com will be delivered to your door for a little price, based on our logistic partners’ tariffs. The delivery fees are determined by the size of the cooler, the distance from Hyderabad, and the location inside the city. For example, delivery charges for remote locations outside of our logistic partners’ service region will be significantly higher than rates within the service area.
We try our hardest to get the products to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any delay or failure caused by events or causes beyond our control, such as acts of nature, strikes or other labor difficulties, heavy weather, earthquakes, fire, or other natural disasters.
6. Warranty Conditions:
Deccan Air Coolers are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair any part of the Deccan Air Coolers that fails to meet this guarantee using new or refurbished parts if it fails to meet this warranty. To get warranty servicing in Hyderabad, you must return the defective part along with a copy of a dated Proof-of-Purchase document within the guarantee period. 7. Policy on Returns and Refunds
Deccan Air Coolers makes and provides only the highest quality products to customers, with all cooler parts covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty. If you wish to return any of the goods supplied due to damage in transportation or a malfunctioning cooler, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the cooler, stating the reason for rejection as well as your bank account information. We have the option of providing spares for damaged/non-functioning spares or recalling the entire cooler and transferring the paid money to your bank account within 15 days, at our discretion.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel any of your orders before they are sent by phoning our Customer Service department and requesting the necessary changes or cancellations. Please keep in mind that orders can’t be changed or canceled by email. If you cancel your order, you will be charged Rs. 500 and the remaining cash will be transferred to the account details you provided during the cancellation process.
